Drosophila Incubators

Drosophila incubators are used for breeding of the Drosophila melanogaster as test animal in genetical and developmental physiological research. RUMED® applies a powerful, low-noise and eco-friendly compressor technology and predominantly natural refrigerants for cooling. The special material of the refrigeration components is resistant to feed containing propionic acid. The appliances are equipped with adjustable fresh air supply and reducible air flow by speed control of the recirculating air fan. Optionally, humidity control is available. The Control2015touch with intuitive operation allows program-controlled simulation of temperature and light, as short day or long day and documentation on the screen recorder. Due to the USB and Ethernet interface, external data evaluation is possible.
