Ex Climatic Cabinets

RUMED® climatic cabinets with explosion-proof test room zone 1 and 2 allow safety compliant storage of explosive material, such as solvent-containing pharmaceutical products, aerosols and solvents in temperature ranges of -20 °C to +80 °C. Moreover, RUMED® offers climatic cabinets with explosion-proof test room, the application of which in zone 1 and zone 2 is allowed. 

All appliances have successfully passed a demanding type examination according to annex III of ATEX 2014/34/EU. RUMED is a manufacturer of explosion-proof appliances, certified according to ISO 80079-34. Thus, a maximum level of experience and safety is guaranteed. 

The powerful, energy-efficient compressor cooling ensures quick cooling in charged condition, temperature alternation and short recovery times after door opening. A recirculating air fan ensures uniform temperature distribution in space. Inside and outside of the appliances are manufactured from stainless steel, resistant to solvents, ensuring easy cleaning.
